He took his time to explain options and technical considerations and made the whole experience stress free. Could not thank him enough – compared to other businesses “flogging” specific brands and styles this was a major renovation purchase that we walked away relaxed and confident in our choices.

I put it down to the excellent customer service, the expert knowledge and of course the range of products available and unlike our experience at other businesses did not push specific brands or always recommend the most expensive options. Purchased all items (nearly $10K) here for 2 bathroom renovation in my house. From the beginning until the end, all services (prices, calls for inquiry and even lending some tools) I have received were great. Highly recommended.

I purchased all my bathroom equipment including the toilet, the shaving cabinet, The vanity and all the Tapware and accessories . Vinny price matched items for me that were the same brand so that I could get them all from the one place and throughout dealing with his team including Harley who answered many of my questions and phone calls , I felt very assured on the quality and price . I probably emailed and called 10 times needed measurements of items before the items had arrived. Although there was one tap that was faulty , there was no hassles in replacing the tap with another one. Our bathroom renovator chipped the vanity door and scratched the draw and Builders Express were happy to call the manufacturer to find out about the cost of replacement door.
